  • Why i havn't received my order confirmation email?
    It can take upto 48 hours to get the confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folders, If you still can’t find your order confirmation email, Please email us on contact@bedsbay.com or call us on 00447842327883.
  • What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
    In the unlikely event of your item(s) arriving damaged, Please contact our customer service team at contact@bedsbay.com or call us on 00447842327883 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You can also check your goods at the time of delivery for damages etc.
  • Can I return my product after delivery?
    Yes, we accept returns on orders within 14 days of receiving the delivery as long as items are unpacked, unused etc. A collection fee will be charged to cover costs. A valid reason should be given for the return i.e. damaged product, wrong colour|material etc. Should you need to return your product, Please email our customer service team at contact@bedsbay.com for help with this.Yes!   • How can I pay?
    You can pay either through PayPal, can do Bank Transfer or can pay by Cash on delivery(PayPal deposit required).
  • Does your products come with a guarantee?
    Our products are covered by a 3 months guarantee for any manufacturing defects. External damages or excessive use damages will not be covered.
  • Where are your products made?
    Our products are getting manufactured in our & our partners manufacturing units in West Yorkshire, England.
  • Will my mattress fit on your bed?
    All our beds and mattresses are made in standard UK sizes.
  • Can I get some fabric samples?
    Yes, we can send up to 4 fabric swatches in the post with/without a small charge.
  • Can I have my bed made in a custom size?
    Most of our products can be customized according to customer specifications depending on the product type(extra charges apply), Please contact our customer service team for more information about this on contact@bedsbay.com or call us on 00447842327883.
  • Can I choose the delivery day(including weekend)/time of my order?
    Please provide us ur preffered date/time of delivery, we will try our best to accomodate it. Extra charges can apply on weekend deliveries.
  • Can you help or advise me regarding the purchase of ur products?

  • What are ur delivery areas / delivery charges?
    We offer free delivery to most postcodes of the Mainland UK(some postcodes are excluded from free delivery). We cover all areas of Mainland UK exluding Northern Ireland offshore Islands.
  • Will you assembly my new bed?
    Assembly is not usually included in the price, but can be provided at an exta cost depending on the type of assembly required.
